House Hunting with Feng Shui - Part 2

Drive around within a 3km radius of the house to observe the environmental forms that may affect the quality of qi in the area. While you are driving within the 3km radius of the property, consider the shape of land, type of land, mountain, landscape feng shui, and water form. I have described in part 1 about examining the lands and mountains in the external surrounding while hunting for your dream house.

In this article, you will learn about examining the water formations in the external surrounding. If the location of the water form in relation to the house is correctly oriented according to feng shui principle, money will never be a problem.

Water formation

In feng shui, having a correctly located natural water form is the most powerful feature that can enhance income and wealth.

Types of Exterior Natural Water Form:

 a)   Rivers and streams

 b)   Seas and oceans

 c)   Plain lakes and ponds

 d)   Lakes or ponds with waterfall

What Shall I Observe?

Look for water formations that denote a good circulation of qi.  Avoid areas that have negative water formations. The water formations stated below could be found in the exterior natural water forms.

 Auspicious Water Formations

  • Jade Belt Water
  • Nine Curve Water
  • Four Water converging into One Formation
  • Cascading Water

Inauspicious Water Formations

  • Bow Formation
  • Cutting Feet Water
  • Piercing Shoulder Water

·   Note that the natural water is superior to artificially created water form. However, it is difficult to locate the exterior natural water form in modern cities and towns. When there is an absence of exterior natural water form, you can create exterior artificial water form to activate wealth luck.

Types of Exterior Artificial Water Forms:

 a)   Drains and canals

 b)   Well

 c)   Waterfall

 d)   Plain pond

 e)   Water fountain with pond

 f)   Swimming pool

Besides the artificial water forms mentioned above, remember that the roads, highways, junctions, and roundabouts are modern equivalent of rivers or virtual water.

Water for good feng shui

If you plan to install a water feature such as a fountain at your house, the flow and the body of water are important feng shui elements that have to be considered when designing the water feature.

Flow of water will enhance or drain your income, while the body of water will enhance or drain your wealth. Of course, you can reap both income and wealth, if your water feature design comes with good flow and a proper body of water.

The water mouth is known as the wealth spot. To have a water feature that brings amazing wealth luck, locate the water mouth (wealth spot). Activating the water mouth is the most powerful feng shui secret for wealth and income enhancement. The water mouth is the location within the entire water form that is the most vibrant.

Make sure the water can be seen from inside the house, either through the door or through a window. This ensures positive energy carried by the water enter the house. It is ineffective when the water cannot be seen from the house, although the water is located correctly.

If the artificially created water form is created at the auspicious location and at the auspicious spot with the appropriate water flow as well as the proper body of water, it can be an amazing and powerful wealth and income enhancer.

More Tips for Water Form

Note that grand outdoor fountains are great as decor features, but they must not be too large or too small, when compared with your house. Oversized water features can, from an energy standpoint, overpower the occupants. But when it is too small, it will only bring ‘small’ money.

Whether it is a natural water form or artificial water form, make sure that the water form must be yang water in feng shui terminology. By yang water I mean clear, clean, with good filtration system, and moving water with life form.

When water is moving with life force, then there will be growth. Keep live goldfishes, but if your fishes die, just replace them. The effect, intensity and quantum of wealth luck are going to be tremendous, if you also activate the Water Dragon. Activating the Water Dragon means that activating the water feature on the selected auspicious date, and at the selected auspicious hour. The Chinese called it activating the Water Dragon.

The Art of locating the wealth spot and date selection are taught in the Master Feng Shui Course. Water is the most potent feng shui enhancer or remedy, if it is placed at the right location (Wealth Spot), and at the right time, with the correct flow and body of water.

If you can buy a good feng shui house,

why buy a house that is broken in feng shui, then try to fix it.

If the feng shui of the house is already bad, your feng shui master can only help you to fix the internal of your house to avoid the "sha qi" but there is no "sheng qi" to tap. Your feng Shui Master cannot fix the external environment or landscape. He or she can only help you to avoid the bad structure or "sha qi" to improve your house feng shui.

Fixing a bad feng shui house is just trying to improve a lousy feng shui house to a house that is not that bad in feng shui. In the first place, if you can find and buy a good feng shui house, why not? Maybe, you have very little feng shui knowledge. This is not a problem. Get a feng shui master to help you in your house hunting adventure. We at 1Fengshui.com offer feng shui house hunting service, and Master TY Tan will personally work with you to find the ideal feng shui house.
